The Voco team was established in early 2001 by principals Michael Foley and Paul Gordon. At the time, it was called i-solutions.

Today, Voco focuses on key transformational projects, examples of which include the convergence of IT and telecommunications, critical changes within the business environment, and the evolution and transformation of customer interaction channels, including contact centres.
