Background
Vaughan has over 10 years experience in the ICT arena, having focused much of this time on commercial management and implementation aspects of large scale IT and telecommunications outsourcing engagements involving implementation of comprehensive service management models.
Initially trained as a lawyer, and with accounting qualifications, Vaughan's ICT focus has been in sourcing, strategic relationship management, business planning and leading commercial and benefit realisation programmes for tier #1 organisations spanning the insurance and financial sectors.
