Alex brings Voco over 15 years of expertise and experience in Solution Architecture and Project Management in systems integration and telecommunications companies. His focus has been on process and systems integration projects spanning the financial, insurance, telecommunications and government sectors. Alex has come to Voco from Dimension Data in Australia, where he was involved in contact centre and converged network consultancy.
