Paul has been in the Information Technology industry for 30 years and is an experienced Project Director and Consultant. Paul has led consulting and delivery projects in Customer Relationship Management and Contact Centres, as well as large-scale business process re-engineering projects. Paul has a strong focus on understanding the drivers for successful projects and has trained in Facilitating Systems Thinking to help groups understand and identify the most effective course of action.
