Telecommunications Review and Network Rationalisation
The Ministry of Economic Development (MED) was embarking on a major review of their infrastructure and needed to confirm that their Telecommunications platform would meet business and technology needs. Voco was engaged to review and update the telecommunications strategy, and subsequently provide project management and architectural expertise as part of the overarching project to refresh the infrastructure layer.
