Technology options review and business case
First Rescue & Emergency (NZ) Ltd (First Assistance) provides a range of emergency and critical response services to customers who may call at any time. As such their technology platform is critical to cost effective delivery of customer service. Faced with a major upgrade decision they asked Voco to:
- Assess changes in business needs since the original platform was implemented
- Assess options for technology including support, costs and functionality
- Recommend an appropriate way forward
The recommendations were accepted and implemented.
